Size guide

Frame sizes are printed on the inside of your current glasses' temple arm as three numbers, e.g. 52-18-145: lens width, bridge width, then temple (arm) length, all in millimetres.

As a rough guide: a lens width under 50mm suits a narrow face, 50-54mm a medium face, and over 54mm a wide face — but trying frames on (or booking a free in-store fitting) is always more reliable than numbers alone.
