Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to serve you: contact and address details, your prescription (including PD and any uploaded Rx photos), and your order, payment and appointment history. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner — we never see them.

We never sell your data, and we never use your prescription for advertising. Camera-based try-on and PD measurement run entirely on your device and are never uploaded.

You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data at any time, and nominate someone to act on your behalf. A parent or guardian's consent is required for a child's prescription data.
