Returns & refunds

Frames can be returned unworn, in their original case, within 15 days of delivery. Prescription lenses that have already been cut cannot be returned — but if the error was ours, we remake them free.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or call us, and we'll arrange a free courier pickup (or you can drop off in-store in Vadodara). Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item back.
